Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and 9x999.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 9x999 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 9x999 website, mobile version or any related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. 9x999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Rules
2.1 Registration and Verification
Each user may open only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 9x999 may request additional documents to verify your identity at any time. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 9x999 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated bonuses.
3. Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at 9x999 is ৳200. We currently support the following payment methods:

Information provided at the time of deposit must be accurate. 9x999 will not be held responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect information. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals must be sent to your own payment account — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
In the event of any fraudulent, forged or unauthorized transaction, 9x999 reserves the right to immediately close the associated account and forfeit all funds. Information may be provided to the relevant authorities if required.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) applies to the bonus. This means withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until bets totalling ten times the bonus amount have been completed.
4.2 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each promotional offer has a specific validity period and the bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- If bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, contradictory betting, etc.) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- A bonus is applicable only to the user whose account it was issued to and is not transferable.
4.3 VIP Program
The 9x999 VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier assignment is at the discretion of 9x999 and the final decision on cashback payments rests with the platform.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
9x999 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated by accredited game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) and run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Using automated bots or software to play games
- Exploiting any technical glitch in a game
- Unauthorized access to another member's account
- Using the platform for money laundering or with illegally obtained funds
- Colluding with other members in betting
5.3 Technical Issues
In the event of a server outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue during a game, 9x999 will review the game records and make a decision. 9x999's decision on such matters will be considered final.

7.2 Limit of Compensation
In any situation, 9x999's total liability will be limited to the amount of actual funds in your account. 9x999 is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9x999 may suspend or close your account without prior notice for the following reasons:

11. Changes to Terms
9x999 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform after any changes are made.
